Coloring Book by Chance The Rapper is the best rap album I've heard in 15ish years.
I know there's not that many rap fans on Hoagie Central, but take a listen to the first track and see what you think.
They keep taking the video down so your best bet is just to find whatever version is up at this moment here.
Definitely agree about the album. What do you think of Kendrick Lamar? There's definitely some over-hype of him, but To Pimp A Butterfly is still one of my favorites.
