Huh. Turns out the Chiefs defender was reading the quarterback, trying to play the ball, and doesn't initiate any contact. In fact, the Chiefs defender gets runover by the Raider receiver. So when it was called offensive pass interference, it was actually (checks notes) a good call?
Look, the play is whatever, it happens. But don't get high and mighty when you're completely in the wrong.
