Even 12 blocks north of madison ave, just 4 el stops away from the friendly confines, people were celebrating the best team in baseball. Looking down that street you wouldn't know this was a 2 team city. The Cubs will still be #1 in Chicago, but now the Sox are #1 in the World. It's clear that everyone loves a winner.
