Week 20: The Hold Steady
Week 0 = 205 pounds
Week 14 = 180
Week 15 = 179.5
Week 16 = 177.5
Week 17 = 176
Week 18 = 177
Week 19 = 175
Week 20 = 176
I just haven't been trying. It's hard to stay motivated when you look at yourself and say, "Eh, not that bad."
