After basically doing the same thing for weeks 15 and 16, I got some good progress this time. I started May 1st, so I'm approaching four completed months of losing weight.
And because I love math...if I keep the pace of the last two weeks combined, I would reach 160 on week 30, the week after my birthday. Stay tuned.
