Tom Brady really skewed everything. 

When we were growing up, here was the list of QBs that won at least 3 Super Bowls. 

Montana 4

Bradshaw 4

Aikman 3

That's it. Getting to 3 was a special club. 4 was for the best. 

And then Brady comes along and is how about I win 6, maybe 7. 

I mean, if we set aside Brady for a second...Mahomes has a chance in two weeks to get halfway to Joe Montana at age 25. That's pretty cool.

In 2018, the NFL MVP race was down to Mahomes and Brees. 

In 2019, the NFL MVP race was down to Mahomes and Lamar.

In 2020, the NFL MVP race was down to Mahomes and Rodgers.

As much as everyone is ready to hype up Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson or Deshaun Watson, there has been one constant force since the moment he entered the league.

In the first two seasons, Mahomes has either won MVP or Super Bowl MVP. Has a chance to keep that streak alive as well.
