i just had a really good lunch

2 Foster Farms buffalo chicken tenders + Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing 
bagged cabbage cole slaw mix + homemade low-cal southwest cole slaw dressing

Estimating 400 cals for chicken, 35 for blue cheese, 45 for cabbage, 70 for homemade dressing. Whole filling meal for 550-600 cals.
